Another day another session in the gym. And now it appears, the excuses are beginning to creep in. I have NEVER heard of anyone getting travel sick on a static bike but that's what our esteemed leader claimed today!!!!
We shall just have to make sure we remember to pack the travel sick medicines into the first aid kit on the day!
all that and we find out tht doin 1125 meters on the rowing machine only converts in to 0.699 miles how disappointing
